The Haute Performance career path currently has five levels, from Associate Consultant through to Partner. Our consulting organisation is not position driven and, as such, each level simply differentiates the increasing complexity with which our people are faced as they grow in stature.
The levels further denote an increasing scale of impact, with the focus at Associate Consultant and Consultant levels being effectiveness as an individual. At Manager and Associate Partner levels the focus becomes the design and delivery of solutions through a team. Finally, at Partner level, the focus is on sustaining a revenue stream and thereby becoming a business partner.
